A three-color silkscreen print on tan colored paper. This was Robert and Margaret Wert’s Christmas greeting for 1949. The design incorporates fields of alternating rows of stylized Christmas trees and six-pointed stars printed in red (on the exterior) and metallic gold (on the interior). Over the gold, a passage from Hamlet, Act I, Scene I, is printed in black.
