Description

A five-color silkscreen print on white linen depicting the first line from the traditional Christmas song, “Gloria”. Imagery includes two herald angels, one singing and one playing a horn, hovering above the line, “Angels we have heard on high.” This is one of a series of Gift Greetings based on a c.1955 towel/wallhanging/runner titled Christmas Songs 221. Gift Greetings are Country Prints line of unmounted prints produced with cardstock note folders and envelopes for mailing or gift giving. This example is a sales sample used by Country Prints.
