A Matted Greeting with a four-color silkscreen print on heavy off-white linen depicting a weathervane in the form of a Native American holding a tomahawk and a rifle. The print is in a black cardstock mat.
This Matted Greeting appears in the Spring 1958 Country Prints price list as part of a new product line. Seventeen 7” x 9” matted prints were initially produced and included envelopes for mailing or gift giving. They were also available framed in black or natural frames, like this example.
