Towel, Calendar: Happy Heart, 1965Description
A Country Prints production sample retained as a print record.
A three-screen/four-color silkscreen print on natural linen depicting Wert’s interpretation of Pennsylvania “Dutch” folk art, with the text, “May you have a happy heart in 1965”. Open days on calendar months have quirky notations like, “Longer days, colder nights”, in February.
