An apron with a three-color silkscreen print on off-white linen depicting a village to the left and a woman standing at a washtub to the right. The scenes are completed by laden fruit trees, and the two are bordered and connected by pink scrolled lines that match the color of the waist ties. This apron was produced in two colorways, Rose and Aqua.
This apron is described in a c.1955 price list, “Provincial design in Rose or Aqua on white with sash to match. Mat to match, #128.”Made/Created
