Description

A Country Prints sales sample for the “I-Did-It-Myself” collection of apron kits. An apron with a two-color silkscreen print on natural linen depicting kitchen tools of cast iron, wrought iron, painted tin and wood. A patch pocket bears the name, “Frontier Cooking”. The pocket and the overall composition are bordered in wavey rickrack style lines. This apron is described in a c.1955 Country Prints price list, “Wrought Iron motifs in Black on natural with Brick Red Accents and sash.”
