A Matted Greeting with a four-color silkscreen print on brick red linen depicting items from an early American kitchen. Examples of cast iron, copperware, woodenware and glass are illustrated. The print is framed with a cardstock mat and backed with single-ply cardboard.
This Matted Greeting appears in the Spring 1958 Country Prints price list as part of a new product line. Seventeen 7” x 9” matted prints were initially produced and included envelopes for mailing or gift giving. They were also available framed in black or natural frames.
