Placemat: Farmyard 120, AquaDescription
A placemat with a two-color silkscreen print on off-white linen depicting an overview of a farm, with images of a woman in eighteenth century dress flanked by tall potted plants, roosters, birds, a house, a silo with a weathervane, as well as scrolled lines and other marks in rows reminiscent of calico print fabrics. This design was offered in three colorways: aqua, rust, or chartreuse. A matching napkin has not been documented.

This example was a sales sample belonging to Country Prints’ independent west coast sales representative Ruth Gauss Flynn.
