Description

A four-color silkscreen overglaze print on a white glazed tile blank depicting articles of early American wooden ware. The composition is completed by red furling banners bearing the title “Early American Wooden Ware”. This tile appears in the brochures “Country Prints by Robert Darr Wert and Neighbors”, c.1962 and c.1966, see images. A matching towel/wallhanging and apron were also produced; see images. These items were available singly and in matched gift sets.
