Description

A two-color tile diptych featuring Couple T-14 and Chickens T-15 tiles based on appliqué quilt squares from Country Prints’ “Quilts 203” towel/wallhanging; see images. The Country Prints frame is natural birchwood with a clear finish coat. Tile frames were offered in a choice of natural birchwood or black. This style frame, with the tile face flush with the frame face, was offered by Country Prints c.1956.
