A five-screen/six-color silkscreen print on off-white linen depicting numerous objects from an early American kitchen. Items of glass, ceramic, painted tin, copper, wood, and cast iron are illustrated. Objects are presented in outline and silhouette in a collage arrangement. A blue-gray silkscreen border finishes the composition. It is a pair with Country Auction 927-6.
This print is listed in the January 1960 Country Prints price list in a choice of antique birch or flat black frames, and appears in the c.1960 brochure “Country Prints in Frames Designed by Robert Darr Wert”; see images.
