A five-color silkscreen underglaze print on a white tile blank depicting an early American scene of a woman seated in a spindle-back chair making hand-dipped candles at a fireplace hearth. Scene features copper and brass tubs with iron handles, a cast iron trivet, a wrought iron andiron, and two spindle back chairs supporting a rod holding hardening candles.
