A four-color silkscreen overglaze print on a white tile blank depicting an old-fashioned butcher shop, with a butcher making sausage. This design is a custom commission for the fiftieth anniversary of the Oppenheimer Casing Company of Chicago, one of the largest suppliers of casings to the sausage industry. The firm now operates as the Oppenheimer Company; see web link.

This design is printed on the thinner tile body used by Country Prints/Ceramo Studio from 1962 onward. Design, screen production, and mixing of colored overglazes performed at the Country Prints workshop, Gill, MA. Screen printing of overglaze colors, firing and finishing by Ceramo Studio, NYC.
