A four-color silkscreen print on off-white linen depicting items from an early American home in outline and silhouette. Items illustrated include a candle mold, a footed cooking pot, a mezzaluna chopper, glass bottles, an American eagle, a cutting board, an iron strap hinge, a butter churn and a tin coffee pot.
This item appears in a c.1955 brochure “Country Prints in Frames” and c.1955 price list as “Doodles 7x15-2”. A later re-colored version with a printed border appears in the c.1960 brochure “Country Prints in Frames by Robert Darr Wert” as “Eagle 916-3”, see images.
