A c.1963 Country Prints wholesale brochure featuring thirty-six towel/wall hangings, fifteen tiles, five place mat sets, aprons, and three styles of “Country Store” gift boxes printed to match this brochure. Many towel/wall hangings had matching tiles and aprons available as gift sets. Dating of c.1963 determined by inclusion of several towel/wallhangings with this date incorporated in the designs. A note on page 13 states that one of the three “Country Store” gift boxes won an international prize for box design. One such award from the National Paper Box Manufacturer’s Association of Philadelphia was awarded in May 1963. If this award proves to be the one mentioned on page 13, the date will by shifted to c.1964.
