A four-color silkscreeen overglaze print on a white glazed tile blank depicting seven kinds of fruit supporting the title Unforbidden Fruit. A matching towel/wallhanging was also produced; see images. This tile appears in the brochures “Country Prints by Robert Darr Wert and Neighbors”, c.1963 and c.1966.

Design, screen production, and mixing of colored overglazes performed at the Country Prints workshop, Gill, MA. Screen printing of overglaze colors, firing and finishing by Ceramo Studio, NYC. This design is printed on the thinner tile base used by Country Prints/Ceramo Studio from 1962 onward.
