Description

A small tote in a multi-color silkscreen print on natural linen. The tote has grommeted red rope handles, a folded top, and a wooden bottom. The print is based on Wert’s c.1957 placemats, table runners and framed prints of village and farm scenes. As confirmed in an article in the Greenfield Recorder-Gazette in 1957, the Country Pokes line of bags was introduced that year.
