A five-screen/six-color silkscreen print on off-white linen depicting a singing angel alongside a two-tiered topiary, the branches of which frame the verse Luke 2:14 from the King James Bible in english and latin, “Glory to God in the highest and on earth Peace, Good will to men”, and, “Gloria in excelsis Deo et in terra pax - hominibus - bonae voluntatis”; see web link.

This is a Gift Greeting, Country Prints’ line of unmounted prints available in folded cardstock note folders with envelopes for mailing or gift giving. This design was amongst the first eight Gift Greetings produced by Country Prints as described in a c.1955 price list, “330 Gift Greetings — for our first venture into the exciting greeting card field we have 8 of our very own colorful greetings in linen…”Made/Created
