Description

Country Prints production samples retained as a print record. Napkin: quadrants are delineated by red fields containing line drawings reminiscent of designs found on colonial era glazed slipware. This set appears in a c.1955 Country Prints price list. The price list states, “To match exactly slip decorated pottery or to complement many lines of contemporary table ware. Red, Brown, Clay, Yellow or Green. All earth-like colors on natural linen — printed napkins to match.”
