A three-color silkscreen underglaze print on a white tile blank depicting an espaliered tree and stylized herb plants, with an apple heart in outline at top center.
The text reads, “be sure to keep your garden clean, let no one take your thyme”, from the folk song, “A Sprig of Thyme”, sung by Jean Ritchie, an early folk music revivalist and Fulbright scholar; see web links.
