A five-color silkscreen print on off-white linen depicting thirty one examples of painted tinware displayed in a painted hutch. Painted tinware includes coffee pots, tea kettles, pitchers, jugs, tea tins, a cup, a candlestick and a covered match box, amongst others.
This c.1960 framed print is a recoloring of a c.1953 towel/wallhanging/runner. It is listed in the January 1960 Country Prints price list in a choice of antique birch or flat black frames, and appears in the brochure “Country Prints in Frames Designed by Robert Darr Wert”, p.3, c.1960; see images.Made/Created
