Description

A three-color silkscreen print in off-white linen depicting a woman churning butter. Kitchen tools and ceramic plates hang from the wall above. This early 1960’s design is one of several dozen Wert/Country Prints towel/wallhanging designs sold c.1970 to Stevens Linens Associates, Inc., of Dudley, Massachusetts. Stevens produced these designs with Wert/Country Prints identifiers removed throughout the 1970’s.
