A Matted Greeting with a four-color silkscreen print on heavy off-white linen depicting a rooster weathervane against a brick red field with an aqua border. The print is framed with a black cardstock mat and backed with single-ply cardboard.
This Matted Greeting appears in the Spring 1958 Country Prints price list as part of a new product line. Seventeen 7” x 9” matted prints were initially produced and included envelopes for mailing or gift giving. They were also available framed in black or natural frames.
