Description

A three color silkscreen printed potholder on off-white linen bearing Bob Wert’s interpretation of a Pennsylvania “Dutch” motif. A red pot holds five flower stems, while two distelfinks (goldfinches) sit amongst them. The flower stems and border are stitched to quilt the potholder. A gray silkscreened CP tag with the Northfield Mass address is attached. This is one of eight designs from the Penn Dutch 311 cocktail napkin set.
