Description

A towel/wallhanging/runner with a two-color silkscreen print on white linen depicting stylized espaliered trees or topiaries planted in handled pots, and arranged in a collage-like composition. This print was marketed for use as a kitchen towel, wallhanging, or table runner. This is a rare example of a Wert towel design that is bi-directional and designed for each side to look the same when hanging on a towel rod. The true name and number of this design are unknown.
