Juanita M. Taylor on the steps of Rockingham Memorial Hospital on the occasion of her 60 year anniversary with the hospital. She started in 1947 when the hospital was still segregated. She is the hospital's longest-employed staff member.

The Daily News Record held public sessions where individuals could visit the HRHS and provide personal photographs to be scanned. These were later used to publish a book about Harrisonburg that was sold to the public.
