Description

The Kratzer House. 1800. Built by Joseph Kratzer near Linville. Land was sold to him by Jacob Coffman in 1784. Large Limestone house with four rooms on first floor and second floor. A one and one half story wing was added.The cellar area was used for cooking with the very large fireplace and two outside doors.
