Description

The Bowman-Sellers House. 1816. This English L shaped home is located on the banks of Smith Creek about ten Miles North of Harrisonburg, VA off Rt. 11. it is two stories and eight rooms. The bricks are Flemish Bond and the18 windows are original. Miller Bowman 1750-1832 settled on Smith Creek and married Phoebe Harrison(John Harrison) Has remained in the family since.
