1944-1945 Allied Forces German Prisoner of War Surrender leaflet. Rectangular, red paper, white border. Text in German and English. The german soldier or soldiers carrying this leaflet were using it to give themselves up to the allies. In return, they were to be guaranteed food and medical attention. One side of the leaflet is printed on a red background. The top is in German and the bottom is in English. The reverse of the leaflet is entirely in German, but appears to refer to the Geneva Convention of 1929.Dimensions
