1860-1910 British civilian shot flask. Pear-shaped gray-painted steel body, two piece crimped construction. Pinned to top of body is threaded cylindrical brass collar mount for a 4.2 cm. long brass spout. The spout is activated by a covered, spring loaded latch which controls an interior "shutter" door.
