1919-1924 Dominion of Canada Thrift Card. Rectangular gray card. Title in black "Dominion of Canada Thrift Card" Coat of arms of Canada below. Signed by a bearer (illegible) in New Westminster, B.C. Interior has 16 spaces to be filled up with "War Savings" stamps (each worth 25 cents). So far, six stamps were purchased. Rear cover has explanation for use of stamp money: "You can thus do your bit."Made/Created
