Description
1899-1902 British Army officer's private purchase field glasses (Galilean binoculars). Black-painted brass eyecups, black-painted brass fixed bridge type body, adjusting wheel. Lens tubes have brown leather covers stitched around them. Each lens tube end has a sliding black-painted brass eyeshade. Object glass diameter is 4.5 cms.
