Description
1900-1914 Third Regiment (Victoria Rifles of Canada) crossbelt pouch. Flattened, rounded rectangular black leather pouch, stitched construction. Interior has wood insert (possibly for fitting binoculars). Held by screw posts to outer flap is a Regimental pouch badge: blackened metal Victorian crown atop Maltese Cross, centre has numeral "3" and stringed bugle. Badge is 5 x 7 cms.
