1915-1918 French Croix de Guerre. Bronze cross pattee with sword points/hilts at sides of cross. In centre is circled woman's head with Revolutionary cap (symbol of France). Circle titled "Republique Francaise" Reverse titled either "1914-1915", "1914-1916", "1914-1917", "1914-1918" Suspender a holed ball at top arm, with loose ring. Ribbon is green with seven red stripes, 3.5 x 6.5 cm.
