1918 Royal Flying Corps Officer's stick. Cylindrical honey-coloured painted hardwood. Tapered 2.5 cm. long brass ferrule tip nailed into small end. At large end is fitted (hammered and brased) a 6.5 cm. long bulbous white metal knob with stylized monogramed letters in relief:
"RAF."
