Description
1939-1944 Air Crew Europe Star, w/"France and Germany" bar. Six-pointed copper/zinc alloy star. Obverse a King's crown over "GRI VI" cypher and circular title "THE AIR CREW EUROPE STAR" Reverse is flat, un-marked. Top arm of star is holed with loose ring, ribbon is black, yellow, light blue, yellow, black, 3.6 x 9 cm. Sewn to ribbon is a gilt metal bar "FRANCE AND GERMANY" 4 mm. x 3.5 cm.
