Description
1940-1943 Africa Star, with "North Africa 1942-1943" bar. Six-pointed bronze star with circled scroll "The Africa Star" Royal crown and cypher inside and at top of circled scroll. Reverse is flat, un-marked. Suspender is fixed holed lug at top arm of star with loose ring. Ribbon is tan with central red, dark blue, light blue stripe, 3 x 7.2 cm. Sewn to ribbon is holed, dot-bordered rectangular brass bar "North Africa 1942-43", 5 mm x 3.4 cm.
