1940's British Army souvenir cigarette lighter. Silver-plated squarish white metal body with one British Army "General List" service dress jacket button welded to each side (these are silver-plated also). At bottom are two screws for lighter fluid, flints, strikers. At top are a flint wheel and wick holder (with knurled knob cover).
