1939-1945 Canadian Volunteer Service Medal, w/overseas clasp. Circular, silver. Obverse shows seven marching military figures representing Army, Navy, Air Force, Nursing Sisters.
Title "1939 Canada 1945 Volontary Service Volontaire" Reverse shows Canadian coat of arms. Suspended to ribbon by plain, holed bar and fixed ring. Ribbon is green-red-blue-red-green with rectangular maple leaf decorated silver bar 3 mm. x 2 cm.
Depicted in the bottom row of medals, fourth from the right.
