Rectangular tan-yellow card with black printed title CATERPILLAR CLUB CERTIFICATE OF MEMBERSHIP flanked by two open parachutes and aircraft drawing. In middle of card is typed "F/O. M.L. GARLAND" and text "is a member of the Caterpillar Club having saved his life by parachute" Signed at bottom "IRWIN" At bottom is logo of IRVIN AIR CHUTE and an orange caterpillar.
