Description
1945 (?) Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Officer Class, to Major Bert Wemp. Obverse a silver gilt cross patnonce, each arm with three points, the top arm ending in a crown.Centre shows joined busts of King George V/Queen Mary with circular title "For God And The Empire" Reverse is the Royal Cypher surrounded by rope circle. Loop at rear crown and ring joins gray-pink-gray ribbon, 4 x 9 cm.
