1960s Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps mess dress jacket shoulder strap. Tapered rectangular burgundy wool wrapped/stitched around fiber base. Rounded end has buttonhole slit. Rank insignia of silver bullion wire/burgundy velvet/red-green-blue cotton or polyester thread Queen's Crown and "pip", both on white wool backing.
