Oval, dark green wool base, with gold bullion wire/red velvet King's Crown atop silver bullion wire wreathed Maltese Cross, incentre a green/red felt circle with gold bullion wire title "ROYAL RIFLES OF CANADA" and a silver bullion wire stringed hunting horn. At bottom is green felt/gold bullion wire title VOLENS ET VALENS." Light black paper backing.
