Winslow Mortimer pen/ink cartoon sketch "Pickpocket At Work." This cartoon, perhaps meant to preceed 2009.17.11, shows a man in a jacket and plaid cap picking another man's pocket. The man who is having his pocket picked is wearing a bowler hat and spatz, smoking a cigar, and holding an umbrella. The pickpocket is lifting his jacket to give himself access to his pockets. We can see only the pickpocket's mouth and nose, his eyes remain hidden by his hat. The cartoon is not signed.Made/Created
