At the bottom it says "Britain", perhaps implying that this woman is the personnification of Britain. The back of the postcard is blank. The caption, which reads " 'The Allies.' Series K 2. No. 2730. James Henderson & Sons, Ltd., London." This postcard may have been part of a series of post cards featuring personnifications of the Allied nations.
