1915-1919 British Expeditionary Force/Canadian Expeditionary Force vest made of knitted wool and sheepskin. The wool is khaki brown. The vest is single breasted and closed with six buttons, one medium brown (2.3 cm diameter) with the other five being a darker brown (2 cm diameter). The button holes are hand sewn. The vest is knitted in three pieces, two centre pieces and one back piece.
The inside is lined with tan brown sheepskin. The sheepskin was not all one piece, it was pieced together but is difficult to discern how many pieces the vest used. On the collar is a hanging loop made of khaki green cord.Use
