1899-1902 Queen's South Africa Medal, bars "Natal", "Orange Free State", "Belfast", "South Africa 1901", "South Africa 1902", to LIEUT. J.E. LECKIE, LD. STRATHCONA'S H. Silver, circular. Obverse crowned bust Queen Victoria with title "Victoria Regina Et Imperatrix" Reverse shows Britannia figure with flag and laurel wreath, troops and ships in background with titles "South Africa" (ghost dates). Suspender is plain, straight, ribbon is red, blue, orange, blue, red, 3.5 x 6.5 cm. Depicted in the bottom row of medals, second from the left.
