1918 Distinguished Service Order, miniature. Gold and white enamelled cross, in centre a gold crown in red enamelled field and green enamelled wreath. Reverse has gold Royal Cypher in centre. Suspender a rectangular laurel wreath-decorated bar with ring. Another bar is at top of ribbon. Ribbon is blue, red, blue, 1.5 x 3.5 cm.
