Obverse an eight-pointed star with coat of arms of Shanghai, titles "Shanghai Volunteer Corps" and "For Long Service" Reverse is plain, un-inscribed. Suspender is two rings. Ribbon is red, green, red, white, black, white, blue, yellow, blue, 1.6 x 3.5 cm.
