1918 Field Artillery gunner's service dress cap. Khaki green wool crown, body, cap band, soft peak (prominent stitching cap band and peak). Two ventilation grommet holes each side. Two 1.3 cm. diameter dulled brass "coat of arms" buttons hold a 9 mm. x 31 cm. adjustable, buckled light brown leather chinstrap. Loosely sewn to front is a flat brass 4.5 x 6.8 cm. Canadian Artillery Interior of soft brown leather liner, sweatband, yellow-tan cotton twill crown padding. Soft leather band 1.5 x 22.5 cms. at rear.Made/Created
